If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we are happy to accommodate this request within 2 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
In terms of an exchange, if the item is still available, we will be able to change the size that best fits you and send it to you on the terms of the shipping and handling policy.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is authorised and product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
